Improve your surfing skills and mindset
Groundswell Holistic Surf Coaching Program
What : A small group Surf Therapy program created for women with an existing surf practice
We provide small-group research-based surf therapy programs for womxn to find their healing, power, and belonging in surfing together.
Surf Therapy is A method of intervention that combines surfing/surf instruction with individual/group activities to promote psychological, physical, and psychosocial well-being.
Along with receiving advanced beginner or intermediate surf coaching, both in person as well as two individualized video coaching sessions that will happen virtually, participants will engage in embodied learning through mindfulness, mental health awareness and tools, developing advanced surf knowledge, empowerment, and community.
This isn’t about learning how to surf, but how to be a surfer. We will build a foundation of knowledge of surfing skills alongside corresponding mindfulness tools & community that will combine to form a holistic and healthy surf practice in the waves and back on land.
